Maria Mackey

Maria Mackey is a registered nurse serving as the Emergency Room Clinical Educator at East Jefferson General Hospital. A native of Metairie, she now resides in Mandeville with her two sons, while her daughter is attending college in New York. Maria brings with her 12 years of experience in cheer and tumbling, having been a member of the Rummel Raiders Cheerleaders during high school and continuing her cheerleading journey at Millsaps College in Mississippi. She is passionate about teaching toddler and beginner tumbling whenever the opportunity arises. We are thrilled to welcome Maria to our fusion family as a substitute teacher.
