What You’ll Do
Teach weekly dance classes
Create a fun, structured, and positive class environment
Help students grow in technique, confidence, and performance quality
Choreograph routines as assigned
Involvement in and creation of routines for the year-end performance
Communicate professionally with staff and families
Show up prepared, on time, and ready to lead
Support rehearsals, performances, and studio events
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional studio environment
What You Need
Strong dance background in the style(s) you teach
Teaching experience preferred
Confidence working with children and teens
Strong leadership and classroom management skills
Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude
A heart for encouraging dancers while maintaining expectations
